Clothing refunds

Clothing will be refunded if returned within 21 days of despatch.

To qualify for refund all garments must be unworn and have all original labels attached (statutory rights not affected)

"Pink Parrot" accepts no liability for loss of any returns posted without insurance cover, and does not cover postage of items returned.

Refunds on items other than clothing

Refunds granted if returned within 21 days of despatch.

To qualify for refund items must be in their original condition and packaging.
